ITCO Solutions, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator to manage and maintain infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms in a fast-paced environment.

You will install and troubleshoot operating systems and applications, implement security measures, monitor performance, plan upgrades, and provide user support. On-call rotation may be required to ensure system reliability and business continuity.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role in a high-tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems, with virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of hardware and remote management via IPMItool, iLO, iDRAC, etc.
• Scripting proficiency: PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Familiarity with networking, security principles, and ITIL.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role in a high-tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems, as well as experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of system hardware and remote management via IPMItool, iLO, iDRAC, etc.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Familiarity with network protocols, security principles, and the ITIL framework.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional).
