The role emphasizes Linux administration, basic networking, SSH, and accurate script execution, with a focus on customer service and thorough event logging documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and maintaining Linux systems.
• Basic networking knowledge for troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SSH access and secure remote management.
• Experience documenting event logs and monitoring health status.
• Accurate and automated script execution and validation.

This position requires shift work!

This team supports a vital collection mission, providing 24x7 support monitoring, troubleshooting and managing the health and status of mission systems. Team members must have Linux administration, basic networking knowledge, excellent customer service experience, SSH familiarity, event logging documentation experience, and accurate execution of scripts. The position is part of the Night Shift.
