Job description

Data Intelligence is seeking a System Administrator to support the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific Philadelphia (NIWC PAC Philadelphia) in managing the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency Deployable System (NDS) in Philadelphia, PA. This onsite position involves ensuring the operational readiness of critical systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain operational production systems on the Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) network.
2. Deploy, integrate, and implement IT capabilities in compliance with DoD requirements.
3. Collaborate with government personnel to adhere to Navy IT & cybersecurity policies, including Cyber Asset Reduction and Security (CARS).
4. Follow SECNAVINST procedures for IT system integration and implementation.
5. Register contractor-owned or maintained IT systems in the Department of Defense IT Portfolio Registry (DITPR)-DON.
6. Conduct Assured Compliance Assessment Solutions (ACAS) scans.
7. Assist with Certification and Accreditation (C&A)/Assessment and Authorization processes.
8. Develop documentation for site installation approval.
9. Create Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms) to address vulnerabilities.
10. Develop, install, and integrate Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) software.
11. Review and validate software configuration and installation documentation.
12. Conduct interface testing, coordinate software installations, troubleshoot, and support systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Microsoft Operating System Certification.
3. Server Certification.
4. Security+ Certification.
5. Secret Level Security Clearance.
6. Familiarity with image development, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of images and associated software.
7. Experience with NGA software such as ArcGIS, QT Modeler, RemoteView, Socet GXP.
8. Experience with ACAS and STIGs.
