Job summary

Maania is seeking a System Administrator in New London/Groton, CT to support DoD-related IT operations. The role requires a Secret clearance, CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent), Windows 10 expertise, and 4–6 years of IT experience, preferably in a DoD environment.

You will work with help desk operations, Active Directory, and common office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat), delivering strong customer service and independent problem solving.

Qualifications

• CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent) required.
• Windows 10 operating system expertise.
• 4–6 years of IT experience, preferably in a DoD environment.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and help desk operations.
• Strong customer service with military/government personnel.
