Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support information security applications and enterprise components, including Oracle, Salesforce, Business Objects, Tableau and Markview.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers on access issues (authentication, authorization, SSO/Federation).
• Define realistic timelines for production issue resolutions with project managers.
• Troubleshoot issues across multiple applications and systems.
• Fix issues, deploy updates, write code/scripts, and follow leads' instructions.
• Use SQL optimization and other enterprise patterns; perform unit testing and code validation.
• Work with data architecture, portal and integration teams on solutions.
• Plan solution delivery timelines with project managers; install and maintain products.
• Recommend products/services to fit customer needs and perform system upgrades.

Job Responsibilities

• Support existing information security applications, infrastructure components, Oracle Software, Salesforce, Business Objects, Tableau and Markview.
• Work and collaborate other teams in the enterprise, or with customers (internal and external) on resolving access issues related to Oracle, Salesforce, Business Objects, Tableau and Markview such as authentication, authorization, application development user management, SSO/Federation and application development.
• Will work with the project managers to define realistic timelines for production issue resolutions.
• Troubleshoot issues across multiple applications and systems.
• Fix issues and supporting deployments during the maintenance window, develop code, scripts, and configuration/deployment instructions to implement designs and follow the instruction of technical leads.
• Use SQL optimization techniques, parallel processing techniques, asynchronous transactions, and other enterprise grade patterns.
• Perform thorough unit testing, code validation, and troubleshooting.
• Work with other technical teams in the organization such as data architecture, portal and integration.
• Work with the project managers to define realistic timelines for solution delivery.
• Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains products/equipment.
• Determine and recommend products or services which will best fit the customer's needs.
• Install new software releases and system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software-related problems.
• Perform system backups and recovery, maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.
