OCH Technologies is looking for a System Administrator Lead to oversee the operation of software systems and networks, ensuring stability and performance. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, directing system administrator activities, and providing training and support. This remote role requires substantial experience and an active Top Secret security clearance, making it a vital position in OCH's commitment to delivering exceptional IT services.
OCH Technologies is seeking a System Administrator Lead to ensure the stable operation of in-house computer software systems and network connections. This role includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links. The role also involves directing the configuration and operation of information management systems, analyzing and resolving end user software and connectivity issues, and conducting capacity and performance analysis.

Core Responsibilities & Duties
· Oversee the configuration and operation of information management systems across multiple locations.
· Analyze and resolve end user software program and connectivity issues.
· Conduct capacity and performance analysis and provide recommendations for system configuration changes and upgrades.
· Increase system administrator efficiency and accuracy using automated tools and scripts.
· Develop and implement system administrator procedures and training programs.
· Provide end user training and technical support as needed.
· Provide technology direction recommendations to align with business vision and objectives.
· Provide local and remote maintenance support for operational systems, including general maintenance, upgrades, and new installations of servers and applications.
· Direct the work of other system administrators to ensure system and resource optimization and provide user assistance.
· Apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing and fault tolerance.
· Perform vulnerability management across the systems environment.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a technical discipline
Experience
· A minimum of ten (10) years of specialized experience: Specialized experience is defined as progressive experience in Information Processing, with the majority of experience specialized in multiple Information Processing disciplines involving a range of hardware/software solutions
· At least four (4) years’ of concentrated, hands-on experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various software
Security Clearance Requirement
Candidate must have an active Top Secret clearance
Candidate must also possess an IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5)

Other Required Skills and Abilities
· Experience managing design and operational technical teams that support an enterprise Oracle Fusion Middleware platform with over 300,000 users in production environments.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
