Responsibilities include configuring UNIX and Windows servers, monitoring networks, providing Tier 1/2 support, and coordinating with Government customers on escalations and upgrades.

In this role, you will help operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize complex computing environments while supporting users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring systems remain reliable and mission-ready. You will work across server, storage, network, and operating system environments while collaborating with technical teams and Government customers.
