BG Foods is seeking a Syrup Cook Batcher to prepare batches of syrups and dressings on a 3:00 a.m. to Noon shift. You will follow batch sheets, perform QA and production documentation, read meters, and support bottling and packaging lines.

The role requires reading and writing English, accuracy in calculations, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical duties include standing and lifting up to 50 lbs, with safety/GMP compliance emphasized.

Position Summary:

The Syrup Cook Batcher is responsible for daily batching and process work in the S2 and S3 Kitchens. This role includes following batch sheets, completing production and quality documentation, performing quality checks and supplying product to bottling and packaging lines.

• Complete required QA, HACCP and production documentation
• Read meters and bulk tanks; maintain accurate daily records
• Communicate with Production to meet batching and line needs
• Support production needs and all other tasks as assigned

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $15.15 - $25.44 Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity.
