Job summary

BG Foods is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage staffing from the production schedule, track KPI metrics, and support daily operations. The role involves coordination across departments, scheduling, and ensuring accurate records and efficient processes.

You will maintain logs, assist in audits, and help with Kaizen events while prioritizing safety, accuracy, and timely reporting. Manufacturing experience is preferred, with strong communication and Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Word.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $43,500.00 - $72,500.00. Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
