Job summary

Sanofi Pasteur, the vaccines division of Sanofi, is seeking a Production Tech - Syringes in Swiftwater, PA. This 3rd shift role supports production activities, ensures timely materials, and adheres to cGMP and quality documentation.

The candidate will train in aseptic filling and gowning and may participate in deviations and CAPAs. Strong mechanical aptitude, computer skills, and knowledge of cGMP are required, with demonstrated ability to work across multiple production areas and to train

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass Aseptic Gown Training within 12 months of obtaining the position.
• Ability to train and work in multiple production areas within the Filling umbrella including material movement, prep, and aseptic corridor.
• Training and gowning status must be current to ensure aseptic production areas.
• Must complete training in aseptic filling and machine operation.
• Prior or related cGMP or Pharmaceutical experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Performs production activities in accordance with volume fluctuations and procedures.
• Ensures materials required for production are available prior to need.
• Maintains accurate inventory and paperwork.
• Completes quality documentation (BPRs, logbooks, etc.) as required.
• Participates in safety meetings and newsletters and follows safety procedures.
• Trains new team members and assists in investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and with higher tech levels.
