Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a science-related field or 18 months of lab experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with computers and SOPs/aids for safe production of oligonucleotides.
• Ability to work under stress in emergent situations requiring speed and focus.
• Ability to perform a variety of duties and switch tasks without loss of efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products, including decontamination, product transfer, and maintenance connection software.
• Operate lab instruments and follow work instructions, adhering to company policies and SOPs.
• Strictly follow customer-specific and general work instructions and SOPs.
• Support daily management by analyzing data to drive problem solving and countermeasures.
