Job summary

Addison Group is recruiting for a Syndigo Architect to lead enterprise data initiatives in the Chicago area. The role focuses on building scalable data solutions, governing data quality, and partnering with business and IT teams to deliver value.

The ideal candidate has deep Syndigo (Riversand) MDM experience, strong data architecture skills, and the ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders. On-site role with 4 days/week in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Syndigo (Riversand) MDM and enterprise data architecture.
• Knowledge of data governance, integrations, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Experience with enterprise MDM or PIM Syndigo solutions.
• Familiarity with Java or other object-oriented programming languages is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise master data solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend scalable technical approaches.
• Design data models, integrations, and governance processes that improve data quality and usability.
• Provide technical guidance throughout implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in data management.
