Job summary

Luxoft in Germany seeks a Syndigo MDM Developer to join its IT system house in Düsseldorf, supporting international retail data operations. You will design and implement Syndigo MDM across Product, Location and Supplier domains, ensuring data quality and governance.

Required are 5+ years in MDM or data development, 3+ years with Syndigo MDM SaaS, and strong Python/SQL skills. German and English at B2 level are expected. On-site role with collaboration across ERP and IAM systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MDM, data development, or enterprise systems.
• 3+ years hands-on Syndigo MDM SaaS experience.
• Experience in Product, Location and Supplier Master Data domains.
• Solid understanding of data flows, interfaces, mappings, and production support considerations.
• Experience with data governance and master data management.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end Syndigo MDM development for Product, Location, and Supplier domains.
• Define multi-domain data models, golden records, and governance workflows.
• Manage User Access Master Data including RBAC/ABAC models.
• Integrate Syndigo with ERP (SAP), IAM platforms, and other digital channels.
• Enforce segregation of duties and audit-ready access controls.
• Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for change deployments.
