Job summary

Hamilton Lane, a global leader in private markets, seeks a Syndication Manager to oversee end-to-end syndication from pipeline to close. You will coordinate across deal teams, product specialists, sales coverage, legal, and operations to deliver a seamless investor experience.

The role requires deep experience in private markets, strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellence in written and verbal communication to manage complex transactions with senior investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in private markets or related field.
• Experience coordinating across product, investment, distribution, legal, operations and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end syndication process from pipeline to closing.
• Coordinate across deal teams, product specialists, sales coverage, legal and operations.
• Develop transaction timelines, milestones, and workstreams; define responsibilities.
• Serve as primary internal coordination point; manage investor interactions.
• Maintain data rooms, materials, and version control; track diligence questions.
• Build scalable syndication procedures, templates, and controls.
• Support allocation decisions balancing investor relationships and objectives.
