Job summary

vnbcareers seeks a senior loan syndications leader in New York to drive structuring, negotiation and execution of club and syndicated financings. You will build relationships with institutional investors, banks and partners, and analyze deal terms and market trends to optimize outcomes.

You will coordinate due diligence and closing with cross-functional teams, prepare presentations for senior management, and monitor portfolio performance to inform future strategies for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in loan syndications, capital markets, or leveraged or structured finance.
• Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deal teams simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Established network within the broader investor and banking communities.
