Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Regional Loan Syndications team. You will originate and execute club syndicated loans, prepare marketing materials and analysis, and participate in client pitches and lender meetings to drive lending opportunities.

Responsibilities include modeling, document review, deal setup, coordinating meetings, and closing logistics, while partnering with senior product specialists to ensure smooth execution and strong Leveraged Finance

Qualifications

5–10 years commercial/corporate credit experience.
Strong credit, analytical, structuring and communication skills.
Familiar with Syndicated Credit Agreements.
Series 79 and 63 registration within 180 days.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and prepare marketing materials (pitches, lender presentations).
Prepare comparable transaction analysis; build financial models.
Review legal documents for syndication terms.
Set up and manage Syndtrak sites for new deals; coordinate withAgency Management.
Coordinate bank meeting logistics and attend meetings.
Directly communicate with borrower, lenders, counsel, and agency management.
Manage closing logistics (allocations memo, funds flow, closing invoice, accounting).
Partner with Senior Product Specialist to ensure seamless execution of syndicated loans.
Establish and maintain strong partnership with Leveraged Finance.
