Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Syndication Loan Specialist to administer and service syndicated leveraged loans, with emphasis on Term Loan B structures and secondary market settlements. You will balance complex transactions, review credit agreements, and coordinate with trading desks and counterparties to ensure timely funding and accurate settlements.

The role requires 4+ years in syndicated loan operations, proficiency with ACBS/AFS/ClearPar, and a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in syndicated loan operations, focusing on Term Loan B and secondary market settlements.
• Experience with levered loan structures, credit agreements, and LSTA/LMA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete incoming loan transactions within SLAs and ensure compliance with credit agreements.
• Manage portfolio of Participated and Syndicated loans where Huntington is Agent Bank.
• Coordinate closings with Syndication Directors and legal counsel; fund large-dollar loans under tight deadlines.
