Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Commercial Loan Services Specialist 3 to join the Agency Services team. You will manage a portfolio of high-value participated and syndicated loans, perform closing and booking, and coordinate with Participant banks on transfers and rates.

Responsibilities include preparing advisory notices, reviewing credit agreements, and researching loan discrepancies. The role requires strong analytical skills and excellent communication, with a flexible work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience involving commercial loan documentation.
• Experience with ACBS loan system and loan closings.
• Strong ability to interpret credit agreements and reconcile balances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work independently on a loan portfolio of Participated and Syndicated loans.
• Close and book syndication loans on the ACBS loan system.
• Prepare detailed advice to Participant Banks notifying them of recent transactions.
• Handle rate options for balances and transfer of funds with participant banks.
• Research discrepancies and monitor suspect reports on loans.
