Intesa Sanpaolo in the United States seeks a loan operations professional to set up and maintain syndicated loans and bilateral facilities. You will ensure timely disbursement, process openings/closings/rollovers in SIRE or LoanIQ, and manage file archiving.

You will track principal and interest receipts, investigate discrepancies, reconcile Nostro and Sundry accounts, and support daily operations with strong Excel and loan processing knowledge. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in syndicated loan setup, maintenance and processing.
• Complete knowledge of loan processing practices and procedures.
• Understanding of syndicated facilities, receivables and fee structures.

Mansioni

• Track and control receipt and payment of principal, and interest, fees
• Investigate and report transaction discrepancies
• Clear open items and daily exceptions
• Reconcile receivable settlements including buffer accounts
• Create and maintain operational loan files and archiving
• Additional job related duties & responsibilities as assigned
