Prospect Schools is seeking an organized, flexible, and mission‑driven Social Worker to join us in support of our growing network of schools. The ideal candidate is fully dedicated to the mission of Prospect Schools and to supporting the success of our students and families. This person will report directly to the Director of Student Supports (in Elementary and Middle School) or the Director of Student Affairs (in High School) and be responsible for supporting the socio‑emotional needs of students through counseling and helping to foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for the broader school community.
The salary range for this role starts at $67,200, then increases based on years of experience. Our salaries are set through a lens of equity, and based on an individual’s skills, education, and years of experience relevant to the role.
