Prospect Schools is seeking a SY 26-27 6-8 Reading Interventionist to provide engaging, inclusive literacy instruction and targeted support that helps students strengthen their reading skills, build confidence, develop critical thinking abilities, and foster a lifelong love of learning. Prospect teachers are grounded in an equity-driven approach following the principles of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum where instruction emphasizes academic rigor, critical thinking, global mindedness, and inclusive classroom practices. As an educator at Prospect, you will be part of a collaborative and high-performing instructional team and will report directly to a member of the school leadership team.
The salary range for this role starts at $63,960, then increases based on years of experience. Our salaries are set through a lens of equity, and based on an individual’s skills, education, and years of experience relevant to the role.
