REQUIREMENTS:
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Preferred: Advanced degree(s).
- Experience, Skill, and Certification: Valid Georgia Teaching Certificate in the assigned teaching field, Elementary Education P-5 or Birth to Kindergarten.

Virtual Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in the Virtual Platform in written and oral form, including electronic media, using positive interpersonal skills
- Uses a variety of programs and software applications, as appropriate, to complete instructional and administrative tasks
- Participate in professional learning to enhance ability to provide engaging online instruction. Participate in required Professional Learning that leads to virtual teaching endorsement
- Clearly articulate deadlines, schedules, and procedures to students and parents to ensure coursework completion in a timely manner

- Conduct classes at scheduled times
- Enforce student conduct and discipline regulations

- Provide materials for substitutes
- Maintain accurate records and report promptly

Terms of Employment: Annual contract, 190 work days, salary based on certification level and experience.

Physical and Sensory Demands:
Primarily classroom-based activities involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and communication tasks, with occasional student restraint or lifting requirements.
