Requirements
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Preferred: Advanced degree(s).
- Experience, Skill and Certification: Valid Georgia Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education P-5.

Virtual Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicates effectively with all stakeholders in the Virtual Platform in written and oral form, including electronic media, using positive interpersonal skills
- Uses a variety of programs and software applications, as appropriate, to complete instructional and administrative tasks
- Participates in professional learning to enhance ability to provide engaging online instruction and obtain virtual teaching endorsement
- Clearly articulates deadlines, schedules, and procedures to students and parents to ensure timely coursework completion
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Complies with school, district, and state regulations and policies
- Demonstrates professional practices in teaching
- Acts professionally and assumes responsibility for the school program, safety, and order
- Performs other duties as required based on content area or student needs

Terms of Employment
Annual contract, 190 work days, salary based on certification and experience.
