The Town of Prosper, Texas, is currently accepting applications for a Certified Police Officer. Entry salary range starts at $84,494.27 and increases through $92,329.17, with lateral entry up to step 4.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Peace Officer License/Certification in the United States.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Acting under the general supervision of a police sergeant. This position performs law enforcement and crime prevention work; to control traffic flow and enforce State and local traffic regulations; to perform investigative work and other special assignments; and to perform a variety of technical and administrative tasks in support of the Department. This is a sworn position.
