Job summary

Hyperfine, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist for the West region to train hospital staff and optimize use of the Swoop Portable MRI system.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Science and R&D, acting as the clinical lead during the sales cycle and ensuring smooth adoption within customer workflows. You will travel up to 75% of the time, support clinical adoption and utilization, and build relationships with key hospital personnel to maximize product value and

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiology Sciences or related field required.
• Registered Technologist with the ARRT and current MR credentialing.
• 3+ years’ experience in clinical MR imaging or related field, hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Train hospital staff on safe and effective use and operation of Hyperfine products.
• Provide customized training and support for new operators of the Swoop System.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key hospital personnel; consult on best practices.
• Provide R&D with clinical input and feedback for new projects.
• Support sales by identifying customer needs and relay opportunities within installed base.
• Support new product evaluation and clinical studies.
• Assist centers in optimizing standard procedures and workflows.
