Group CBS, Inc. in Seymour, CT is seeking a Switchgear Lead to guide technicians and keep production moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will coordinate daily workloads, train staff on procedures and safety, read engineering drawings, and drive continuous improvement with lean practices.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong electrical/manufacturing experience and a proven ability to organize a busy shop while meeting customer deadlines.
