Job summary

A safety-conscious, detail-oriented team player is essential. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of manufacturing experience with metal enclosures or electrical gear.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Read tape measures and convert units (fraction/decimal; metric/imperial).
• Use hand and power tools safely; perform tool upkeep.
• Lift up to 50 lbs with proper technique.
• Follow ISO requirements and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchgear/breaker units to drawings and specs.
• Perform in-process inspections and flag quality risk.
• Track part shortages and assist with ship-prep.
• Support root-cause analysis for engineering changes.
• Collaborate with a small team and maintain a clean work area.
