We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Switchboard Operator at our community hospital. The Switchboard Operator acts as the hospital receptionist and is responsible for managing incoming calls, connecting callers to the appropriate departments, using the paging system to communicate codes, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. This is a vital role in ensuring effective communication within the hospital and delivering a positive experience for all callers.
