Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Required: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: 1. Medical Terminology certified or equivalent experience.Experience/Skills: Required: 1. Must have knowledge and experience with MS Office products (specifically EXCEL). 2. Must have accurate keyboarding skills. 3. Good verbal and written communication skills to include proper vocabulary, spelling, grammar and sentence structure. 4. Good customer service skills. 5. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Preferred: 1. Previous operator/switchboard and customer service experience.
