Job summary

Froedtert Health in Manitowoc, WI at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital is seeking a part-time, on-site Switchboard Operator. This 0.5 FTE role provides 20 hours weekly, on Shift 4 with a two-week rotation and holiday coverage.

You will operate the hospital switchboard, relay calls, monitor alarms, and manage page systems. A high school diploma is required; 1 year hospital switchboard experience is preferred. Strong communication and typing skills are essential.

• Minimum 1 year hospital switchboard experience preferred.
• Pleasant speaking voice with courteous manner and good communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate hospital switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing calls.

• Provide effective communication support for hospital departments and staff.
