Qualifications

• 5+ years of setup and operation on CNC Swiss machines (Citizen preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T features (true position, surface profile).
• Proficient with G-code, work offsets, and tool offsets.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk most of the day.
• Punctual with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Follow department procedures for setting up and operating machines and inspecting parts.
• Hit predetermined efficiency goals when setting up or operating machines.
• Maintain a positive attitude and actively learn new processes.
• Support continuous process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift

Day Shift (6:30A - 4:30P M-F) *With Op for further OT

Night Shift (4:30PM – 3:00AM, Mon – Thurs) *With opportunity for overtime

Requirements

• 5+ Years of setup and operation experience on CNC Swiss Machine (Citizen preferred)
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints (including GD&T features such as true position and profile of a surface)
• Ability to manipulate G-Code programs, change work offsets, and adjust tool offsets
• Ability to change, touch-off, and indicate tools for CNC Swiss Machines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk up to 90% of the day
• Ability to bend, twist, turn, and reach up to 100% of the day
• Ability to work in a shop environment - continuous exposure to potentially hazardous metal working machinery and equipment, loud noises, dust, mist, oils and solvents.
• Be punctual and maintain an excellent attendance record
