Job summary

Team 360 Staffing is seeking a Swiss Screw Machinist in Santa Clara, CA for 2nd shift with 1–2 years of shop experience. Hands-on experience with Swiss machines, lathes, or mills preferred. Training on the 1st shift during the first weeks to ensure a smooth transition.

The role requires precise operation, setup, and monitoring of machines to produce quality parts. A strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with inspection tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on machine shop experience.
• Experience operating Swiss machines, CNC lathes, or mills.
• Must have practical shop-floor experience; school training alone does not qualify.
• Familiarity with precision inspection tools, including Micrometers and Calipers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Swiss Screw Machinist with hands-on machine shop experience to join our team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of shop experience and practical experience operating Swiss machines, lathes, or mills.

This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who is comfortable working with precision equipment and using inspection tools to ensure parts meet specifications.

Schedule & Training

• Regular Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Training: 1st shift for the first few weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift.

Compensation

$23–$27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
