Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Swiss Operator for the 3rd shift at the Cleveland facility to manually assemble products according to specifications and operate precision Swiss CNC lathes.

You will read blueprints, interpret drawings, apply geometric tolerancing, and verify parts using calibrated measuring devices; Mitsubishi controls experience preferred; this onsite role requires high school diploma and 3–5 years Swiss lathe setup and operation.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Swiss CNC Lathe Setup & Operate: 3-5 years (Required).
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident, ITAR Registered.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss equipment according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints/drawings and apply geometric tolerancing.
• Inspect components using calibrated measuring devices and tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
