Pay Range

$26.00/hr - $37.00/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Swiss Machinist to operate and set up Swiss machines such as Citizen, Star, Tsugami, and Index/Traub. The role involves setting up and operating machining operations, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Swiss machines (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, Index/Traub).
• Read and interpret blueprints, job routings, and tooling instructions.
• Load and set tools, monitor tool wear, and replace dull or chipped tools.
• Adjust work offsets, tool wear lengths, and cutter compensation.
• Perform quality control and document tolerance zones.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in machining or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of CNC machining experience, preferably with Index/Traub.

Work Schedule

1st shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00AM - 3:30PM + overtime as needed on Fridays. Non-exempt, hourly position with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, holiday pay, and PTO.
