Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a CNC Swiss Programmer/Setup Technician for 1st shift. You will develop, prove out, and maintain CNC programs for Citizen and Star multi-axis Swiss-type lathes, set up tooling and offsets, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires 5+ years of Swiss-type lathe experience, strong GD&T and blueprint skills, and proficiency in CAD/CAM software (ESPIRIT preferred). This is an on-site opportunity with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years setting up and operating Citizen and Star Swiss-type CNC lathes.
• Expertise in blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Proficient in CNC programming and CAD/CAM software; ESPRIT highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Programming, setup, and optimization of CNC programs for Swiss-type machines.
• Verify first-piece inspection, maintain setup sheets and process documentation.
• Mentor junior operators and ensure compliance with quality standards.
