Job summary

Tega Medical, headquartered in Franklin, MA, is seeking a Swiss CNC Operator-II for first shift to set up and run CNC machines, ensuring parts meet tight tolerances. You will follow standard operating procedures, inspect parts, and collaborate with team leads to optimize processes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in small device manufacturing, experience with Citizen/Star/Tsugami CNC Swiss equipment, and the ability to read blueprints and specifications.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints, drawings, specifications and quality plans.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to use measurement tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes and related machines.
• Follow SOPs and instructions to produce close tolerance parts.
• Perform first article and in-process inspections with standard tools.
