Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Swiss CNC Operator for the 2nd shift in Caledonia, MI. This in-person role operates Swiss-style and Mill/Turn lathes to produce precision parts for aerospace, medical, and defense applications.

You will read blueprints, perform in-process inspections, and ensure GD&T compliance while maintaining a clean, safe work area and providing clear shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC operation experience.
• Swiss-style experience preferred.
• Able to read blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong GD&T and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Swiss-style and Mill/Turn lathes to produce precision parts.

Swiss CNC Operator, 2nd Shift
Caledonia, MI | In-Person | $24 - $32 /hr + 10% Shift Premium | Full-Time

A well established and growing precision manufacturing company serving the aerospace, medical, agriculture, and defense industries is hiring CNC Machinists for multiple 2nd shift openings. Run Swiss-style and Mill/Turn machines with a team that cares about their people, with overtime available. The hiring process is simple: one onsite interview and you’re done. Schedule is Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate CNC Swiss-style and Mill/Turn lathes to produce precision parts


• Perform in-process inspections with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools


• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T requirements

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic


• Aerospace or medical manufacturing background and lean experience are a plus


• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks during a full shift
