Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist & Program Editor to join our manufacturing team. You will perform setups, run STAR and Citizen lathes, and edit FANUC programs.

This hourly, first-shift role offers 30–35/hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth. You will read blueprints, ensure quality, and maintain ISO and ITAR compliance while supporting training and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience operating, setting up, and editing Swiss CNC lathe programs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• Strong blueprint reading and math skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple STAR and Citizen Swiss CNC lathes, loading stock, setting collets and tooling.
• Make edits to FANUC programs, perform live offsets and tool changes during runs.
• Read blueprints, inspect parts with standard inspection equipment, and document production logs.
• Maintain ISO quality, ITAR compliance and workstation cleanliness, and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist training of less experienced operators and run secondary equipment as needed.
