Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist & Program Editor in North Easton, MA. The role involves setting up and operating multiple Swiss CNC lathes, editing FANUC programs, and ensuring parts meet close tolerances.

You will read blueprints, perform live offsets, and log production details, while following ISO/ITAR safety standards. The position emphasizes teamwork, training, and versatility on secondary equipment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience operating, setting up, and editing programs for Swiss CNC lathes.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (trade school preferred).
• Strong blueprint reading, math aptitude, organization, time management, and basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate STAR and Citizen Swiss CNC lathes, load stock, set collets, guide bushings, and tools per setup instructions.
• Make basic edits to FANUC CNC programs, perform live offsets, and execute tool changes during runs.
• Read complex blueprints, inspect parts with standard equipment, and complete production logs.
• Maintain compliance with ISO, ITAR, and safety procedures while performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team, train less experienced operators, and run secondary equipment as needed.
