Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a CNC Machinist B (Swiss) for 1st shift in Medway, MA. You will set up and operate CNC Swiss machines, perform quality checks, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining safety and housekeeping in a dynamic shop.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years CNC set-up/operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a high school diploma with Vo-Tech training. Competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years CNC machining set-up and operating experience in a job shop environment.
• High school education or equivalent, plus Vo-Tech training in machine tool technology or a related area or equivalent.
• Very strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets-up, operates, and verifies the quality of work on CNC Swiss machines.
• Performs routine operations to meet quality requirements and production standards.
• Monitors program variations and makes necessary corrections.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities
• Conducts quality checks using precision measuring devices
• Maintains a neat, safe work area and follows EH&S policies
