Primary Function: The CNC Swiss Machine Operator manufactures quality parts to blue print specifications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Minimum 2 years' experience or on-the-job training
• Ability to read and interpret prints and supporting documents
• Use measuring instruments and perform simple math calculations
• Make minor tool adjustments or replacements
• Lift bars or slugs up to 50 lbs.
• Understand Geometric Dimensions and Tolerancing
• Own tools required for the job

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience with CNC Swiss-type automatic lathes
• Ability to verify part conformity using gauges
• Read blueprints and communicate effectively
• Openness to change and continuous improvement
