Northwest Children's Home, Inc. is seeking a Youth Mentor to support a group of three children on our 22-acre campus in the LC Valley. You will accompany the children as they engage in treatment goals and therapeutic plans tailored to their needs.

You'll lead and participate in outdoor activities such as basketball, hiking, and games, while modeling healthy boundaries and trauma-informed care. The role focuses on building relationships and supporting the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience working with children, verifiable through references.
• Valid Driver’s License to transport residents in agency vehicles.
