Flexpak is seeking a reliable Order Filler / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a structured swing shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• One to two years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fill and stage customer orders from inventory stock across warehouse zones.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials.
• Conduct visual and physical inspections to ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in periodic inventory counts and restocking tasks.
• Report damaged or missing products to supervisors.
• Follow all company procedures, protocols, and safety guidelines
