Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the Swing Shift to oversee truck loading/unloading, inventory accuracy, and material staging for job sites. The role supports installation teams and maintains OSHA-compliant operations.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 2:30pm–11:00pm. Pay: $24–$25 per hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and physical labor.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Valid driver’s license with good record.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read details and accurately gather materials.

Responsibilities

• Truck loading and unloading for installation trucks.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per OSHA guidelines.
• Warehouse maintenance and dock cleanup; cardboard recycling.
• Material staging for installation crews at various sites.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
