Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the Swing Shift in Portland. You will oversee inventory, truck loading/unloading, and daily warehouse operations to support installation teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Truck loading and unloading to ensure readiness for job site installations.
• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness following OSHA guidelines.
• Warehouse maintenance including dock cleanup and recycling.
• Material staging for installation crews at various job sites.
• Assist with additional duties to support warehouse operations.

This role is essential in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting our installation teams by keeping company vehicles stocked, organized, and ready for job site installations.

As a Warehouse Lead, you will take on a hands-on leadership role, managing inventory, overseeing truck loading/unloading, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 2:30pm to 11:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Truck Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload installation trucks to ensure accuracy and readiness for job site installations.
• Workplace Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following OSHA safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Clean and organize work areas, including dock cleanup and cardboard recycling, to promote efficiency.
• Material Staging: Prepare and stage construction materials for installation crews at various job sites.
• Additional Duties: Assist with various projects and other tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous warehouse and/or physical labor experience required.
• Licensing & Certifications: Forklift certification or the ability to become certified required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
• Safety Awareness: Must be safety-conscious at all times and follow OSHA regulations.
• Technical Skills: Ability to accurately calculate quantities, read written details, and gather materials for specific orders. Light carpentry skills, including experience with chop saws and hand tool, are a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to repeatedly lift 50-75 lbs. over an 8-hour shift.
• Teamwork and Communication: Strong ability to work well with others and contribute as a a team player.
• Preferred Education: High school diploma or GED.

$24 - $25 an hour

Hourly wage is determined by DOE (Depends on Experience).
