Qualifications

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Organizational skills to ensure accuracy in labeling, loading, and storing materials.
• Can be trained to achieve 90% competency in six months.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English; including communicating with co-workers and supervisors.
• Basic computer skills.
• RF Scanning preferred.
• Local candidates only; must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders and labeling for staging and delivery.
• Participate in problem solving to improve efficiency and cleanliness of the work area.
• Satisfy daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly output and accuracy metrics.
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
• Keep the work zone clean and orderly.
• Communicate with Managers/Supervisors about any issues or concerns.
• Perform other duties as requested by Management.
