Job summary

Niterra North America, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving, and restocking inventory.

This first-shift role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, in a fast-paced environment and requires attention to quality, safety, and company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about logistics and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers.
• Ability to safely operate various warehouse-related equipment.
• Some warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive incoming shipments and check for irregularities or damages.
• Break down pallet loads.
• Restock inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts as needed.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily productivity requirements.
• Effectively operate Voice Picking systems.
• Comply with quality, productivity, safety, and company policy requirements.
• Follow the incident response procedure.
• Perform all other job-related tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as applicable.
