Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Additional $1.50 per hour for working Swing Shift: 2:00 pm to 11:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Manage a production machine ensuring all pieces are defect-free and meet quality standards
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform minor mechanical skills as needed
• Read, understand, and follow Production Work Orders
• Follow operating procedures for the production machine
• Perform production changeovers after training
• Maintain a clean work area
• Follow all safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by shift supervisor

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry 30 to 50 lbs occasionally
• Work in an unconditioned environment
