Qualifications

• 2 years of patient registration and insurance verification experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Emergency Department registration experience strongly preferred.
• Position requires fluency in English; fluency in Spanish is a requirement in the El Paso Market.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient tracking and ensure accurate demographic information for billing.
• Maintain compliance with EMTALA and HIPAA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
