Enterprise Medical Recruiting is helping a hospital medicine group in Clovis, California, add two full-time hospitalist physicians. One daytime hospitalist and one swing shift hospitalist, with a rotating schedule of seven days on and seven days off, will join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers, using Epic EMR.

Swing shift hours are 1 pm–1 am or 3 pm–3 am with a compensation of $340,000 plus productivity and quality bonuses; daytime hours are 7 am–7 pm with $315,000 plus
